Job Description
- Plan and organize the fulfillment of client orders to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary for meeting the requirements of clients and ensuring a satisfied clientele
- Assist in resolving clients’ issues/problems by listening to complaints and proffering solutions effective for satisfactory resolution
- Supervise company employees to ensure they comply with set client service standards in carrying out job duties
- Prepare and manage budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives
- Proffer recommendations to clients and aid them in selecting suitable products/services that best meets their requirement
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure the customer service team adhere to acceptable standards for client service
- Contact clients to ensure they are satisfied with received products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales division of a company to ensure their work operations align with the objectives of the client services unit
- Communicate with clients to identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectations
- Designate work territories to client services staff and establish strategies necessary for achieving set targets
- Provide clients with regular update and periodic statements to keep them abreast on changes in trends
- Assess products/services to ensure they are up to the specification set by clients
- Provide detailed explanations of product/service features to clients to aid their decisions on product choice
- Carry out surveys and research to evaluate customer satisfaction level and discover better techniques for ensuring a satisfied customer base.
- Initiate changes to increase company's efficiency, productivity and her competitiveness with other businesses in its industry.
- Create innovative goals that encourages innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization.
- Identify areas of business improvement in company's standard processes and operations to stimulate growth.
- Carry out research on innovative trends within the industry to stay up-to-date on advancements.
- Holds regular meetings with stakeholders and company leaders to discuss potential improvement and innovation within the business.

Job Title: Manager, Power & Fields Operations

Job Description
- To attend client / sites to resolve any power issues and restore system.
- To provide a Remotely diagnose faults from the office via remote access and customer liaison.
- Check electric power system reliability to maximize site’s performance level.
- Contact personnel and departments to resolve all power related issues.
- Support department activities as part of larger power and recovery team.
- Identify maintenance priorities and handle maintenance and Engineering departments repairs.
- Deliver the best advice on ensuring the correct programming of customer systems.
- Maintain standards of Technical Excellence within the dept.
- Maximize Efficiency within the Department.

Requirements

- Nigeria Institute of Management Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 year’s Operations Management experience in the relevant industry.
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.

Educational Qualifications
- HND / BSc Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
- Graduate with minimum of 5 years experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills. Supervisory and management experience. Attention to detail.
Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Site Acquisition Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Act as an intermediary between, SBCs, organisation and owners of real estate and other facilities.
- Ensures that projects are completed on time, SAQ costs are within budget and accepted quality metrics.
- Participates in project review and status meetings, and communicates project status.
- Utilizes approved forms and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness
- Responsible for managing the entire acquisitions for Build Operator Lease sites across the region.
- Liaison with commercial team, Project team
- Ensure that the set SAQ targets are achieved within the defined timelines and periodical review.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction on all SAQ matters.
- Develop market intelligence, report the same to line manager and define strategy to meet the challenges.
- Liaise with technical head for technical and economical solutions for all existing/potential customer queries
- Ensure Legal compliances on all sites
- Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirement
- Must have at least an HND in either Urban and Regional Planning, Building and Construction, Estate Management or Law
Remuneration
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
