Job Title: IT Support / Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replace parts as required.
  • Design build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts.
  • Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms.
  • Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files.
  • Create and edit short promotional videos.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

  • Posting of all Head Office financial transactions
  • Preparation of Head Office monthly financial reports
  • Preparation of monthly consolidated management reports
  • Management of account payables and vendor reconciliation
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financials Statements consolidation and reporting
  • Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts with other Business units
  • Budgetary controls reporting
  • Head Office Fixed Assets Management
  • Preparation of all Head Office payment vouchers
  • Monthly review and posting of payroll journals, ensuring that all additions and deletions are effected in line with the advice received from the Human Capital department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Requirements and skills

  • Strong understanding of the practices and procedures of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) applied to financial accounting and reporting.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Exemplary planning and resources management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Technology savvy, including excellent Excel skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with high verbal/written communication skills.

Work / Educational / Professional Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, etc.
  • Minimum of 10years cognate experience as a Financial Accountant.
  • The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel applications and ERP Applications.

Salary
N5,000,000 - N6,000,000 annually

Job Title: Account / Admin Officer

Job Description

  • Providing the Branch Manager with the collection report on periodical/non periodical basis as may be required.
  • Ensuring general compliance of branch office with all company policies, procedures & directives as per the renewal, credit control, returns rendering policies and any other as may be required from time to time.
  • Processing of documents/request received from the branch offices and ensuring that service is delivered to the branches within the company’s turnaround policy.
  • Liaising with Branch Operations Department and or Finance and Accounts Department to ensure that all outstanding bills relating to Branch office are paid timely.
  • Track receivables and ensure effective collection of premiums from insured/clients
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of various reports.
  • To ensure official receipt is issued for every payment of premium received.
  • Ensure the lodgment of all premiums received.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure adequate and uninterrupted supply of public utilities such as electricity, water e.t.c in the office premises.
  • Ensure adequate maintenance of all company vehicles and Drivers
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies on behalf of the Company for settlement of levies, fees and bills chargeable
  • Routine inspection of infrastructures and premises to ensure that they are kept clean and also daily confirmation that branch office equipment,, furniture, lightings & fittings are in good order.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 6 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N2,900,000 - N3,600,000 annually.

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Locations: Nigeria

Description

  • Introduce and sell various STI’s products and services to businesses in assigned sectors.
  • Plan and carry out marketing and administrative activities to agreed budgets, sales volume and timescales as articulated by the Company’s Management.
  • Cary out environmental scanning so as to take advantage of opportunities.
  • Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.
  • Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospects data base
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquires by post, email, telephone and personal visits.
  • Build on and maintain ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the nature of client’s businesses.
  • Marketing and acquiring new clients.
  • Monitor and report on activities and also provide relevant management information.
  • Carry out market research, competitors & customer’s surveys and generate ideas for new product development.
  • Researching insurance companies and their various policies to find the most suitable insurance policies for clients at the best price.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 5 - 8 years work experience.

Remuneration
N3,500,000 - N8,000,000 annually
