Responsibility

  • The Restaurant Management Trainee is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of assigned Restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).

  • 2nd Class Upper / Upper Credit in B.Sc / HND.
  • Required Skill: Passion for good food, culinary skills is an added advantage, demonstrable leadership skills.

Job Title: Unit Accountant

Qualifications

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all stock requisitions, material distribution and proper storage of goods in the central store.
  • Responsible for receipt and issue of goods in the right quantity, quality, time, place and price.
  • Post all materials received from suppliers and transferred to units on ERP.
  • Ensures that adequate stock is maintained and critical stock position is reported to head Supply chain management on weekly basis.
  • Ensures that all necessary documents for processing suppliers’ payments gets to the buyers and accounts department on time etc.

Job Description

  • The Data Analyst will collate, analyze and interpret raw and complex data into usable information and present the findings in a visually intuitive manner to business stakeholders for appropriate decision making.

The role holder will work with our business leaders to:

  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement using data
  • Establish and monitor operations performance management metrics, policies, and processes
  • Design, and build customized dashboards to manage and monitor information, inputs and outputs across the organization
  • Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data
  • Analyze and interpret performance data and reports related to products, sales, expense etc to identify trends and generate appropriate courses of action
  • Recommend and establish efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
  • Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, process owners, external stakeholders

Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time Staff

Job Description
The Human Resources Administrators will be responsible for implementing Human Resources management best practices within assigned business divisions and regions. The role holder will:

  • Be the first point of contact to receive and resolve all people-related enquiries or complaints within assigned business division or region.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and on-boarding of new hires within the region to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Partner with business unit managers to build their leadership capability in the management of their staff and compliance with HR Policies.
  • Facilitate regular refresher trainings (and ensure implementation of on-the-job training) to ensure consistency in employees’ skills and attitude at work.
  • Coordinate Staff Engagement programs and Meetings to identify pertinent employee and work-place issues, provide pragmatic solutions and report outcomes

Other Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second class lower and a minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources Management functions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Candidate with experience in Recruitment and training preferred.
  • Candidate with HR Certification (CIPM, etc) will have an added advantage
  • Role may require travel occasionally so Candidate must be willing and available to travel.
  • Required Skill: Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); Excellent verbal and communication skills; Presentation skills; Training facilitation skills
  • Extras: Leadership, Research and Data Analytical Skills are desirable
