Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
- We currently require the services of an Operations Supervisor to assist the Manager in planning and coordinating daily operations of the waterpark to ensure smooth running of all processes, taking account of the established service standard and management guidelines while offering our guests friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operating procedures as outlined in the waterpark SOPs are adhered to by team members. This includes but is not limited to: daily review and completion of checklists, monitoring activities around the park and immediately addressing any safety concerns and/or stopping operation, if necessary.
- Always ensure cleanliness of the pools and environs; all equipment in the premises must be maintained in accordance with the vendors service contract.
- Coordinate daily team briefing meetings and ensure team adheres to all pre-opening and closing checks.
- Ensure all complaints from guests are dealt with properly and personally, in accordance with the guest service standards.
- Conduct facility tour for guests and ensure constant surveillance of guests. Proper communication and enforcement of all rules and regulations and ensure they are adhered to (on slides, deck, and pools).
- Participate in recruitment of employees, trains all new employees, and retrains old employees as needed.
- Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger, review the security cameras as needed and ensures there are no dangerous objects lying in/around the pool/premises
- In cases event or party bookings, you are to oversee these events, ensure seamless coordination and resolve all guest issues or complaints.
- Provide emergency care/first aid procedures and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Review incident logs and ensure they are properly documented. Notify the security team in cases of suspicious activity.
- Ensure all Lost & Found items are properly recorded and placed in appropriate storage.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude always; and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Prepare periodic activity reports as requested by the operations manager.
Person Specification
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
- Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the park management team.
- Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
- Must be effective in handling problems in stressful, high-pressure situations, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent self-hygiene and grooming.
- Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.

- Must be able to work outdoors at various times throughout the year.

Job Title: Operations Attendant
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- We currently require the services of Attendants to ensure guests are properly attended to by the pool, slides, decks, and seating areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform all pre-opening and closing checks set by the Operations Manager/Supervisor.
- Conduct facility tour for customers and give them the required information about the park; specifically, activities, pricing, rules and regulations (pools and slides); and ensure that all Out of Bound areas are not accessed by customers.
- Adhere to all operating procedures as outlined in the waterpark standard operating procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: completing safety checklists, monitoring waterpark attractions, cleaning waterpark area, immediately addressing any maintenance concerns and/or stopping operation, if necessary.
- Monitor and maintain control over queue areas and towers and safely dispatch riders down waterslides.
- Attend team briefing and ensure that all duty posts are properly manned.
- Communicates all swim/play area rules to customers and ensure that they are adhered to always.
- Ensure Customer’s complaints are resolved, feedback is properly documented and submitted to the Manager.
- All incidents in the park must be properly logged/documented and brought to the attention of the Manager. Notify the security team in cases of suspicious activity.
- Assist with facility inspections and inform the manager of any repair that needs to be carried out.
- Make sure all misplaced items are logged in the Lost & Found Inventory and handed over to the park management.
- Provides guests with floats, clean towels and takes dirty towels to the laundry.
- Performs other tasks as directed by the manager.
Person Specification
- OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Must have a cheerful disposition.
- Great customer service and people management skills.
- Should enjoy working with children.
- Excellent self-hygiene and grooming
- Good crisis/conflict management skills.
- Must be comfortable wearing knee-length shorts
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Must not be older than 30years old

- Communicate and enforcing pool rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of guests.
