Step 1 visit the blog you want to copy the template

Just take my own blog as an example to make you understand the process without stress. Good you are already in the blog you want to copy it template. Ok, first of all go the bottom of the blog you want to copy it template. In the copyright toolbar, click the link that lead to the blog designer, this is the credit to the person responsible for the blog design. For some blog you will see something design by templateyard or distributed by blogger template.
You can take few minutes and check my blog copyright toolbar to confirm.
 Once you see something like that in the bottom of any blog, click it and it will lead you to that blog origin where you can see many template you can use including the one you want to copy. Once you see the template you need then preview and download it. The file you download is always in zip file.
This zip file contain of other element that you may not need. Just unzip or extract the file and check for an XML. That xml file is what you need to make you blog design. Now, open that xml file and copy all the code inside it. Very simple control A and control C don’t worry you will press control V latter.

Step 2 Login to your blog back-end
